The Babbs Annual Competition will be judged on the 25th July.
Judges and stewards will be required so please contact the committee if you are able to assist on the day.

Entries will be accepted at the June Babbs meeting on Thursday, June 24th 2010 or at the Craftbewer store up until Saturday, 17th July 2010, 1pm.

February 25th Mini Comp No. 1:- Pale Ale and Bitter.
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 3a (Australian Pale Ale), 3b (Standard/Ordinary Bitter), 3c (Special/Best/Premium Bitter), or 3d (Extra Special/Strong Bitter).

March 25th Mini Comp No. 2:- American Ale.
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 4a (American Pale Ale), 4b (American Amber Ale) or 4c (American Brown Ale).

May 27th Mash Paddle Mini Comp
In January, we learnt the finer details of the Mash Paddle style. This is our chance to demonstrate what we've learned.
Members need to bring two bottles of each entry. One for the minicomp and one for delivery to Eagle Heights

June 24th Mini Comp No. 4:- Porter and Stout.
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 6a (Brown Porter), 6b (Robust Porter), 6c (Dry Stout) or 6d (Foreign Extra Stout).

July 22nd * Mini Comp No. 3:- Dark Ale.
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 5a (Mild), 5b (Northern English Brown Ale), 5c (Australian Dark Ale) or 5d (Old Ale).

September 23rd * Mini Comp No. 5:- Belgian Ale.
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 8a (Belgian Wit), 8b (Belgian Blonde), 8c (Belgian Dubbel) or 8d (Belgian Tripel).

October 28th Mini Comp No. 6:- Lager / Pilsner
At time of entry, beer must be nominated into BABB's beer classes 2a (Australian Lager), 2b (German Pilsner), 2c (Bohemian Pilsner) or 2d (Oktoberfest/Marzen).
