This year's annual competition and barbeque was a most enjoyable day. Many thanks must go to our hosts, Peter and Mardi Buchanan for providing a superb venue and delicious food for this event.

A total of 20 entrants submitted a healthy 118 beers for consideration, covering all classes and all but two of the sub-classes. The strength of competition in the club was demonstrated by the fact that six different brewers won classes, and by the number of gold, silver and bronze medals awarded by the judges. The committee would like to pass on their thanks to all who made the event run smoothly, particularly the Stewards, led by Adrian Levi, and our three expert judges; Paul Hoepper, Bill Gofton and Russ Webber.
