The club is brewing a ~500L batch of all munich malt, unhopped wort.  Following the boil this will be cubed and sold to members.  The idea is to process it to beer in any way without adding any more malt.  Results will be compared at the January meeting.

A bus will pick up at Holland Park Bus Station (under the busway overpass) departing there at 0830 and a second pick up at Craftbrewer.com at Underwood departing at 0900.  Expected arrival time at Eagle Heights is 1000 with a departure back to brisbane at 1600.
